Dr.Timothy Randhir is a Professor in the Department of Environmental Conservation from the University of Massachusetts, USA. He pursued his PhD in 1995 from Purdue University, West Lafayette, IN and was awarded Outstanding Ph.D. Thesis by department of agricultural economics. He did M.S Agricultural Economics in 1988 in Tamil Nadu Agricultural University, India and completed his B.S agricultural Sciences in 1982 in Annamalai University, India.
