Biography

Tanya Koolmatrie is a Senior Research Assistant working with the Childhood Resilience Study research team in the Healthy Mothers Healthy Families research group, and is also in the final year of writing up her doctoral thesis on Aboriginal women's social and emotional well-being during and after pregnancy. Tanya is a Ngarrindjeri woman from the Coorong region in South Australia, and is undertaking her Doctoral research in partnership with the Wathaurong Aboriginal Co-operative in Geelong.
