I have a degree in Agronomic Engineering from the Luiz de Queiroz Higher School of Agriculture in 1985 and a Master's Degree in Food Science and Technology from the Luiz de Queiroz Higher School of Agriculture in 1991 in the Sugar and Alcohol Sector of the present LAN. I concluded my Ph.D. in Food Technology from the State University of Campinas, in 1997, at the School of Food Engineering, sugar industry. From 1998 to 1999 I worked in my postdoctoral degree in Food Technology at CPQBA / UNICAMP, elaborating the SuKroMedia Multimedia Program. I started in 1999 my activities as a professor at the Faculty of Agricultural Sciences of UNOESTE, acting with commitment and efficiency in the area of ​​biomass production for bioenergy. I began my activities as a researcher in the Biological Sciences Postgraduate Program in 2000, and later in the Masters / Doctorate Program in Plant Production in 2002. Recently I (2013) in the Masters in Environment and Regional Development (MMADRE). In addition to the published articles, with the group of researchers from UNOESTE, USP, UNICAMP, UNESP, FATEC and targeted students, I obtained the approval of Research Grant from FAPESP in 2010 with TT1 and TT3 scholarships and approval of scholarships , master's level, with the CNPq. From the publications, post-graduation guidelines and scientific initiation, the idea was derived from the creation of a Center for Advanced Studies in Bioenergy and Sugar and Alcohol Technology. With the support of UNOESTE, FAPESP and CNPq, CENTEC / UNOESTE was created. I assumed the position of Director of this Research Center in 2010, position that I exercise to date. With regard to didactic activities in undergraduate and postgraduate courses, during the years of work (1991? 2014), including the years in which I was away for postgraduate courses, I taught 14,462 hours of classes in undergraduate courses and 885 hours of classes in Postgraduate courses, being able to start Masters and PhD guidelines immediately. I have published 53 articles in specialized journals and 204 papers in annals of events and presentation in congresses. I have 6 chapters of books and 3 books published. I participated in 132 defense banks, 3 of which were public, 3 of doctorate, 22 of Master and 104 of conclusion of course. I have 5 softwares and 50 other technical production items. Participated in 62 events in Brazil. I directed 13 MSc dissertations, in addition to having guided 20 scientific initiation works and 40 course completion work in the areas of science and technology of food, agronomy and zootechnics. I received 21 awards and / or honors. I work in the sugar-energy area and evaluation in the production and distribution of vegetal bioenergy. In my professional activities I interacted with 205 collaborators in coauthors of scientific works.
