Her research priorities are knowledge translation and exchange and place-based approaches to improving outcomes for children in disadvantaged communities. She leads the knowledge translation work of the CCCH which aims to inform early childhood policy, service delivery, professional practice and parenting. She brings a wealth of experience to this role having led large-scale knowledge translation initiatives in universities for more than a decade. This aligns with her earlier practitioner experience in the western suburbs of Melbourne and her substantial policy experience focusing on service system reform and community engagement.
