Biography

She received her MD degree from the School of Medicine, University of Buenos Aires  (1996). She  developed her Doctoral Thesis in the  Research Area  of the Institute of Oncology “Ángel H. Roffo”, University of Buenos Aires  (1996-2002). She trained as a post-doc in Albert Einstein  College of Medicine of Yeshiva University,  NY USA in Ari M. Melnick´s lab (2002-2007) and in the National Cancer Institute (NCI),  National Institutes of Health (NIH), Bethesda, MD, USA in Lou M. Staudt´s lab  (2007-2012). Currently she is a member of the National Scientific and Technical Research Council (CONICET) and Authorized Professor of the School of Medicine of the University of Buenos Aires, since 2013.
