Biography

I grew up in New Mexico and enjoy outdoor activities. During my free time I enjoy spending time with my wife and our cats. I completed my PharmD in 2010 from the University of New Mexico, College of Pharmacy; a PGY-1 residency in 2011 from the University of New Mexico Health Sciences Center; and Cardiovascular Pharmacotherapy Fellowship in 2014 from the University of New Mexico, College of Pharmacy. My practice interests include: preventative cardiology, heart failure, and acute coronary syndromes. My research interests include: Effects of antiplatelet drugs, especially aspirin, in special population of patients (e.g., Diabetics, obesity), and health-related quality of life in patients with heart failure.
