She is a Control and Automation Engineer with more than 20 years of experience in the management and execution of automation projects for large companies. Solid experience in the area of development, identification and implementation of new technologies, development and supervision of systems (control and supervision) and with experience in industrial maintenance in the mining (crushing, grinding, ventilation and pumping systems), steel and cement industries. She  have worked in several segments of industrial processes (steel, mining, cement, pharmaceutical, textile, automotive).She was responsible for the automation area in the design stages (conceptual, basic and detailed), implementation, commissioning tests (hot and cold) and Start Up with experience in instrumentation (Calibration, field installation, and configuration), implementation and configuration of Industrial Networks. She worked in the management of internal and outsourced teams, definition of guidelines and elaboration of strategic planning, restructuring policies and procedures.
