Biography

Dr. Sonia Bardy is the Assistant Professor in the Department of Biological Science, University of Wisconsin, Milwaukee. she has completed her Postdoctoral Research Fellow in the University of Michigan,Ann Arbor Michigan, PhD in Department of Microbiology and Immunology from Queen’s University, BSc in the Department of Microbiology from University of Guelph. Dr. Bardy honored with Wisconsin Research Fellow, Graduate School Research Fellow and NIH R00 Pathway to Independence Award Recipient (4R00GM083147-03).

Research Intrest

Dr. Sonia Bardy focused on on spatial organization of proteins within a bacterial cell, chemotaxis systems within Pseudomonas aeruginosa,protein localization, mechanism of partitioning chemotaxis proteins that regulate flagellar based motility and role of pyomelanin in Pseudomonas aeruginosa virulence.
