Biography

Dr Shereen Hassib worked in (1997-1998) as clinical pharmacist in Cancer National Institut, Cairo, Egypt, accompanied with practical training at St. James Hospital, Dublin, Ireland. Then in (1998-2001) she worked as demonstrator in Analytical Chemistry department, Faculty of Pharmacy, Helwan University, Cairo, Egypt. In (2002-2005) she was assistant lecturer in Analytical Chemistry department, Faculty of Pharmacy, Helwan University, Cairo, Egypt. In (2005-2009) was a Ph.D. researcher at Humboldt Universität, Berlin, Germany. In (2009- 2012), she worked as lecturer of Analytical Chemistry in Faculty of Pharmacy, Helwan University, Cairo, Egypt. In 2012, she joined the EGAC as technical expert. Since September 2012- till now she worked as lecturer of Analytical Chemistry in Faculty of Pharmacy, British University in Egypt (BUE). Major research interests are in the development of new analytical methods for quantitative determinations of different drug substances either in bulk or in dosage forms and further application of the studied methods on the human plasma using UPLC-PDA, LC-MS/MS techniques.
