Biography

Dr. Sergei Kuchin is a Associate Professor in thr Department of Microbiology in the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, Milwaukee. he has completed his Associate Research Scientist in the Columbia University, Postdoctoral Research Scientist in Columbia University and PhD from Institute of Genetics and Selection of Industrial Microorganisms.

Research Intrest

Dr. Sergei Kuchin focused on regulatory mechanisms that control growth and development in Saccharomyces cerevisiae, Snf1 in signaling nitrogen limitation, genetic and biochemical approaches, nitrogen-signaling pathway and human disease.
