Dr Mamadou Seck is the Coordinator of UNU-INRA’s operating unit in Senegal. He is the General Director of the Institute of Food and Technology (ITA) and the Head of Applied Biology at the Department of Applied Biology and Chemical Engineering of the Ecole Supérieure Polytechnique (ESP) de l’Université Cheikh Anta Diop (UCAD) de Dakar (School of Technology, Cheikh Anta Diop University, Dakar, Senegal). He is also the Coordinator of the African Compost Network. Before joining ITA in May, 2014, Dr Seck was a Lecturer of Cell Biology, at the Cheikh Anta Diop University, Dakar, Senegal.
