Sara Kassir is a Course Instructor of Mediated Performance at AlMaaref University. She has a long history in university teaching in theater and media performances at different Lebanese Universities. She also worked extensively in a range of Lebanese Performance Houses and media institutions (Radio and TV) as an actor, performer, producer, director that involved diversified types of theater and media performances related to different genres, registers, and contexts. Sara is a specialist trainer in performance art and 'local performative storyteller' known as "Hakawati". She is an active member of the Lebanese Syndicate of Theaters, Films, Radios and Television Performers as well as a founding member of the Lebanese Association for Arts-Resalat. As well, she is a jury member in Committee of the International Movie Festival of Fajr. Sara obtained a Master degree in Actor Training from the Fine Arts Polytechnic at the Lebanese University.
