I joined the University in 1999 and had a number of different roles in the organisation before obtaining my current position of Deputy School Services Manager for the School of Human and Health Sciences in 2005. Prior to this I worked in a number of educational establishments both in the UK and the Far East in both academic and administrative roles, mainly teaching ESOL but also degree level management courses.
My particular interests in the role are Health and Safety and Quality Assurance mechanisms, with an ongoing interest in people and resource management especially with regard to managing change.
