Ronica Subramoney trained in South Africa, and worked in several clinical areas before settling into the critical care arena that has since been the focus of her practice. Dr. Subramoney completed a post-doctorate at Barry University, and was awarded Lambda Chi research grant for the study of the lived experience of Indian women with HIV/AIDS in South Africa. She is a member of the Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing (STTI), and the American Association of Critical-Care Nurses (AACN). Dr. Subramoney is currently an assistant professor at the College of Nursing and Health Sciences at Barry University.
