Biography

Richard has been with EIT for 12 years in which he has taught Management, Human Resources and Employment Relations subjects to a variety of groups, organisations and students. He brings a wide array of knowledge and skills from industry from his 20 years plus experience and connections with primary and manufacturing industries (Agriculture and Horticulture being the main sector) – covering supervisory, managerial, training & development, recruitment & selection and Health & Safety roles. To this, his time and experience with MAF (now Ministry Primary Industries) within the compliance and quality assurance (Food Safety & HACCP) fields add to the knowledge set that he brings.
