Biography

Mr. Richard Obour holds an MPhil. in Wildlife and Range Management. In 2004, Mr. Obour took up appointment in the College of Renewable Natural Resources (CRNR) and served until it later became the Faculty of Forest Resources Technology (FFRT). He lectured in FFRT and served as Students Industrial Attachment Coordinator. Mr. Obour received graduate Exchange Research studies from CIDA (APERL project) to pursue his Master’s Programme in the University of Guelph, Ontario – Canada from January 2010 to November 2010. He joined the University of Energy and Natural Resources in 2013 and has worked as a Lecturer and Acting Head of Department of Ecotourism, Recreation and Hospitality. He has professional interest in Wildlife Development and Environmental Ecology. He is the patron of Christ Apostolic Students and Associates (UENR Branch).
