Biography

Richard Mattin is the Divisional Manager for Respiratory Sciences at the National Heart and Lung Institute (NHLI), Imperial College London. He obtained a BSc in Applied Biochemistry at Brunel University in 1980 and began his career at St. Mary’s Hospital Medical School as technician with Professor Peter Sever. He obtained a MBA in 1996 with the Open University. Richard is responsible for leading the administrative and management support across the Cardiovascular sections in NHLI. He is currently supported in this role by Desmond Chow, Cheryl Costello, Tanya Chong and Catherine Enright.
