Biography

He completed his Bachelor of Agriculture at The University of the South Pacific (Alafua Campus, Samoa) after completing a Diploma in Tropical Agriculture at the Fiji College of Agriculture, Fiji. He also obtained a Diploma in tertiary Teaching from the Fiji Institute of Technology, Fiji. He did his Master of Science in Animal Science at the National Pingtung University of Science and Technology (Taiwan, ROC) in 2006. In 2008,he pursued his Doctor of Philosophy in Animal Genetics and Breeding at the University of New England, NSW, Australia and completed it in 2012. He was currently teaching Animal Production courses in Bachelor of Agriculture and Postgraduate Diploma in Agriculture programmes.

Research Intrest

Improvements of reproduction and production traits of cattle, sheep, goats and other species; mitigating of high temperature in ruminant production in the PICs; ruminant housing systems, and livestock breeding programmes.
