Pascal Mangin has hold the office of the Vice-President of the Association of the Schools of Political Studies of the Council of Europe since 2011. Former Vice-President of the Urban Community of Strasbourg in charge of International and Cross-border Relations and European Affairs, he was reelected Municipal Councillor in Strasbourg in 2008 and has been a Regional Councillor since 2004. He also sits in the Congress of Local and Regional Authorities of the Council of Europe. Pascal Mangin joined the cabinet of Philippe Richert, Minister Delegate in charge of Local Authorities, in 2010.
