Natalie was immersed in sport. After studying and playing rugby at St. Francis Xavier University, Natalie began her career with organizing committees for multi-sport Games in Brandon (Canada Games), Sydney (Olympic and Paralympic Games) and Manchester (Commonwealth Games) in the roles of communications, sport services, and venue operations, respectively. She joined the CAC in May 2014 after a decade working in the performing arts industry, most recently as the Senior Marketing Manager for the National Arts Centre Orchestra
