Biography

Originally from Port- au-Prince Haiti, Nadia R Lucien holds her bachelor’s degree from Johnson and Wales University in Baking and Pastry Arts and Hospitality and Master’s degree is from NSU’s H. Wayne Huizenga School of Business and Entrepreneurship in Human Resources Management. Prior her current position, she had an extensive career in the field of human resources including as a Director of Human Resources and as a Consultant.

Research Intrest

Organizational Conflict, Organizational Bullying, Organizational Negotiations, Social Issues and Organizational Norms, International Conflicts, and Global Organizations, Peace Negotiations Inter/Intra Groups, Resolving Conflicts in Communities and National Security.
