Ms. Nasima Akter Mukta is the Senior Lecturer of the Department of Nutrition and Food Engineering at Daffodil International University. She completed Master of Science In Organic Chemistry, 1995 University: Jahangirnagar University.His teaching area in Food Chemistry, Functional Foods, Bioactive compounds in food and their health benefits, Food Process Engineering, Novel Food Processing Technology, Food Safety.
