Mr. Shafi Ahmed is the Senior Lecturer of the Department of Nutrition and Food Engineering at Daffodil International University. He completed M. Sc.(Engg.) in Food Engineering & Tea Technology, Shahjalal University of Science & Technology (SUST).His teaching area in Food Chemistry, Functional Foods, Bioactive compounds in food and their health benefits, Food Process Engineering, Novel Food Processing Technology, Food Safety.
