Messaoud-Boureghda Mohamed –Zine is a teacher and research professor. He is a Professor of "Water Treatment" and "Environmental Management" since 1982. He did his PhD in "Environmental Management". He worked a lot on "the life cycle analysis" and he has several publications as he worked on several "national research project" (adsorption and LCA). He is also Vice Dean of Pedagogy of the "Faculty of Engineer Sciences" at the University of Boumerdes, Algeria. Messaoud-Boureghda Mohamed –Zine is a teacher and research professor.
