Biography

Meropi Mpouzika holds the post of Lecturer in Emergency and Intensive Care Nursing at the Technological University of Cyprus (CUT) since 2014. Since then, she is Head of the track “Advanced Emergency & Intensive Care”, one of the 5 tracks of the 2-year Master of Science in Advanced Practice. Prior to that she was a tenured Assistant Professor at the Technological Educational Institution (TEI) of Athens, Department of Nursing, Greece.

Research Intrest

Her main research interests revolve around nursing management of critically ill patients and especially the effects of stress and pain experienced while hospitalized in the ICU.
