Zillur obtained BSc Hon’s, MSc degree in Zoology (Major in Genetics) from Rajshahi University. He joined Kemiko Pharmaceuticals Ltd. in May 2004. Since his joining he has been contributing his best effort for the continued growth of the Company. Prior to joining Kemiko, he worked in other companies. He started his career with Glaxo Bangladesh Ltd. in its marketing Department in January, 1979. He served there for 21 years in different capacities. He has been afforded long service award by the Company, GlaxoSmithKline (GSK). He left the Company in the year 2000, under voluntary separation scheme (Golden Handshake). He also worked in Somatec Pharmaceuticals Ltd., and in General Pharmaceuticals Ltd. in managerial positions. Zillur has attended a number of professional trainings & workshops at home and abroad. He is a versatile performer in the field of training, involving Pharmaceuticals marketing and sales, disease management by drugs, leadership & management training, and so on.
