Biography

Maria Grazia Franzosi, Biol.Sci.D. Head of the Laboratory of Clinical Evaluation of Drugs from 1989. She received her Doctoral degree in Biological Sciences from the University of Milano and Postdoctoral degree in Pharmacological Research from the Mario NegriInstitute. where served as a Research Fellow in the Laboratory of Clinical Pharmacology until 1988 and served as Chief of the Department of Cardiovascular Research from 2002 to February 2013.

Research Intrest

Dr Franzosi’s research interests cover the methodology of clinical trials, the drug epidemiology, the epidemiology of environmental and genetic risk factors for coronary disease, the pharmacogenetics, and the genetic epidemiology.
