Dr. Maria Abad is currently working as a Principal Investigator in the Department of Oncology, Vall d'Hebron Institute of Oncology , Spain. His research interests includes cellular plasticity, stemness and cancer, tumorigenesis, anticancer therapy. she is serving as an editorial member and reviewer of several international reputed journals. Dr. Maria Abad is the member of many international affiliations. She has successfully completed his Administrative responsibilities. she has authored of many research articles/books related to cellular plasticity, stemness and cancer, tumorigenesis, anticancer therapy.

Research Intrest

Cross-talk between cellular plasticity, stemness and cancer. In vivo cellular reprogramming and its impact on tumorigenesis. Inhibition of cellular plasticity and stemness as an anticancer therapy.
