Biography

He holds a degree in Agronomic Engineering from the Faculty of Agronomic Sciences - UNESP / Botucatu (2005), a Masters in Agronomy - Energy in Agriculture by the Faculty of Agronomic Sciences - UNESP / Botucatu (2009) and PhD in Agronomy - Energy in Agriculture by the Faculty of Agronomic Sciences - UNESP / Botucatu (2013), with a sandwich period at the University of Minho (UMINHO), in Braga, Portugal (ERASMUS MUNDUS Scholarship). She is currently a professor at Universidade do Oeste Paulista (UNOESTE), teaching courses in Agronomy, Chemistry, Gastronomy and Sugar and Alcohol Production. In addition to being part of the permanent professors of the Masters in Environment and Regional Development (MMADRE / UNOESTE). She is also a collaborating researcher at the Institute of Biosciences of Botucatu / UNESP, Faculty of Agronomic Sciences and State University of Mato Grosso. Has experience in the area of ​​Agronomy, with emphasis on Food Science and Technology, Food Biochemistry, Post-Harvest Technology for Fruits and Vegetables and Beverage Technology.
