Maaike followed her education at Ghent University, where she obtained her master's degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences in 2010. Then she completed her specialization as a clinical biologist at the laboratories of UZ Gent, ASZ Aalst and AZ Sint-Jan Brugge.During her education she gained experience in the three subdivisions of clinical biology, which led to a broad knowledge of clinical chemistry, hematology and microbiology. In ASZ Aalst, she also contacted GPs for the first time.Smooth communication and quality striving are important and important for a good daily operation and service by Labo Maenhout.
