Biography

He holds a medical degree from the Universidade do Oeste Paulista (2010), a medical specialization in Infectology SUS / SP (2014), Ipiranga Hospital, São Paulo, Brazil, and a degree in Pharmacy and Biochemistry from the State University of Ponta Grossa (1978) Cellular and Molecular) from the State University of Maringá (1999) and PhD in Immunology from the University of São Paulo (2003). Managing Director of the Laboratory of Clinical Analyzes Prestes-Carneiro, Teodoro Sampaio, SP (1979-1995). Worked in the Emergency Room of the Hospital São Bernardo (São Bernardo do Campo / SP) and Hospital Dom Antonio Alvarenga / SP (2012-2014). He is currently a professor at the Faculty of Medicine, coordinator of the master's degree in health sciences (Medicine II) and collaborating advisor of the Masters in Environment and Regional Diversity of Universidade do Oeste Paulista, Presidente Prudente, SP. Doctor of the Department of Infectious Diseases and the Emergency Department / Unoeste / Regional Hospital of Presidente Prudente, Infectologist of the State Hospital of Presidente Prudente. Visiting physician at the Immunodeficiency Outpatient Clinic of the Hospital das Clínicas of the University of São Paulo, SP. It has 23 articles published in PubMed, belongs to the editorial staff of 2 national scientific journals, 5 international scientific journals and acts as a reviewer of 26 international scientific journals. He has experience in Immunology and Infectology, with emphasis on Human Immunodeficiency Virus, Viral Hepatitis, Visceral leishmaniasis and Primary Immunodeficiencies.
