Biography

Liu Zhi Chang, 1970 Nian 3 Yue was born, Cangzhou City, Hebei people, Ph.D., professor, doctoral tutor . In 1999 graduated from the Chinese Academy of Sciences Shanxi Institute of Coal Chemistry chemical technology received a doctorate. Since 1999 , at the China University of Petroleum (Beijing) engaged in teaching and research work. China Chemical Industry Association of ionic liquid professional committee deputy secretary - general. 2014 National Outstanding Youth Fund winner.
