Biography

Lindsay Apps is a Practitioner Health Psychologist registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and has worked in the NHS as a health psychologist and applied researcher. Her research interests follows the experience of chronic illness and self-management programmes, with particular attention to respiratory disease, as well as the development of complex interventions for those living with chronic conditions. She has a wider interest in patient education and supporting exercise and physical activity in chronic illness.
