I qualified as a Registered General Nurse in 1985. I worked at the National Spinal injuries Centre prior to undertaking the Child Nursing Course in 2003. I have worked at The University of Bedfordshire since 2004, initially as a Senior Lecturer in Child Nursing. In 2006 I completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Academic Practice and in 2010 I completed an MSc in Health studies I have now taken on an additional role as Recruitment Lead for Pre-registration Healthcare Courses, which involves selection and recruitment of Healthcare students.
