Biography

Dr. Lin Yumei received her Ph.D from National Chung Cheng University. She has the practical experience of Chinese food C / B license, Chinese pasta C / B certificate and Chinese rice food license / baked goods C license. Currently, she is the Assistant Professor in the Department of Tourism and Hospitality of China University of Science and Technology.
