Biography

Lin Li-Yun completed  her Ph.D. in  Department of Agricultural Chemistry from National Taiwan University. Started working as Head of Dept. of Food and Nutrition, Hungkuang University in 1997, Associate Professor, Dept. of Food and Nutrition, Hungkuang University in 2005,Professor, Dept. of Food and Nutrition, Hungkuang Universityin 2009, Professor, Dept. of Food Science, Hungkuang University in 2011.
