Dr. Leah M Panek-Shirley is a Ph.D. scholar from University at Buffalo in Philsophy Nutrition and Exercise Science and Master of Science in Nutrition from University at Buffalo. She is an associate of Science in Radiation Protection Technology from College of Central Florida.
