Kristina Wittkowski research interest is on value co-creation. More specifically, she have been and still am investigating - the determinants of co-creation demand - the enabling factors of co-creation - as well as the downsides and behavioral outcomes of value co-creation. She earned my doctorate degree from EBS Business School, Germany. My dissertation examines firms' and consumers' preference for nonownership (i.e. rental) services and explores factors that help mitigating misbehavior in nonownership service use. Here at Aalto University, She teach New Product Development at Bachelor-level, as well as Consumer Psychology at the Master-level. She is also responsible teacher in one of the Bachelor Thesis seminars.
