Mr. Papanotas is a graduate of Veterinary Medicine of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki with post-graduate studies in Clinical Microbiology for Food and Water of the School of Veterinary Medicine, Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. He has also completed the training for HACCP Inspector from the institution of TUV Rheinland Group. He has extensive experience in microbiological analysis of food and water. He is Head Assessor for the National Accreditation System (ESYD) for Laboratories and was a member of the Working Group with a code number and title ELOT / 2 TE / OE 4 "Microbiological definition of water" and focused on the formulation contained in European Standardization Technical Committee CEN / TC 230 and the subject of the ISO / TC 147/SC4 «Microbiological methods». Between 2003-2012 he was Research Manager of Laboratories APPERT S.A., and from January 2013 holds the position of Commercial Director of AGROLAB S.A.
