Biography

Dr. Gutzman is working as the Assistant Professor in the the Department of Biological Sciences, University of Wisconsin, Milwaukee, WI. She has completed her Post-doctoral Fellow/Associate and Whitehead Institute for Biomedical Research, PhD in Molecular and Environmental Toxicology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, BS in Biology from the University of Massachusetts-Amherst.

Research Intrest

Dr. Gutzman focused upon genetic, developmental, molecular, and cell biological approaches to study of brain morphogenesis, myh9-related disease and role of non-muscle myosin IIA in development and function of the ear.
