Biography

 Jacobo Capuano is Chief Operating Officer for Pharma Tech Industries. His role is multi-faceted: In addition to leading the company's end-to-end supply chain operations, Jacobo is currently focused on implementing Pharma Tech’s new operational excellence sustainability program. Called "XL," the program provides all personnel the opportunity to engage in continuous improvement and, in doing so, perpetually build their individual skill sets. Jacobo is based in Pharma Tech's corporate office in Athens, GA, but spends much of his time at the two facilities in Royston, GA and Union, MO. He has more than 25 years of operations and strategic supply chain experience from world-class companies including Procter & Gamble, Givaudan and Clorox. Jacobo sees Working Together and Optimism as the Pharma Tech core values most important to him. A source of perpetual positive energy, he believes that collaboration and working relationships based on common respect and mutual benefits are the surest path to exemplary results: "I truly believe that a company’s most important asset is its people. It is incredible what can be achieved by a streamlined, empowered organization such as the one we have at Pharma Tech." Jacobo earned an Industrial Engineering Degree from the Universidad Anahuac del Norte in Huixquilucan, Estado De Mexico, Mexico, and an MBA from the Instituto Tecnologico Autonomo de Mexico in Mexico City.
