Biography

Hendrik van der Merwe is an HR Implementation Specialist experienced in delivering internal client’ solutions and executing strategies via flexible teams, focused on process efficiencies. He is a Strategic problem-solver that understands the challenge to deliver superior value via multiple HRM projects to internal and external stakeholders in multicultural workplaces in Australia and the GCC.

Research Intrest

Employment contract changes in response to government efforts to localize the GCC workforce.
