George Talbott is a Research Associate in the Department of Pharmaceutical & Biomedical Sciences at the California Northstate University College of Pharmacy. He received his B.S. in Neurobiology, Physiology, and Behavior from the University of California, Davis, and M.S. in Biological Sciences from Denver University. Prior to joining California Northstate University, he held various research assistant positions in academic research labs. His thesis work focused on elucidating the function of the RyR1 receptor in cerebellar Purkinje neurons, and he has since worked in academic labs studying genetics, cell signalling, and cancer.
