G. Dean Ezell, is an Assistant Professor, with teaching responsibility in the areas of Pathophysiology, Embryology, Pharmacology, Diagnostic Imaging, and Differential Diagnosis, and is working with Dr. McGalliard in the Medical Missions track. Dr. Ezell received his MD from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS), and completed his postgraduate training in the US Navy, with an internship in Family Medicine at Pensacola Naval Hospital, and Residency training in Internal Medicine at Portsmouth Naval Hospital. Dr. Ezell is Board certified in Internal Medicine and has a broad clinical background, having worked in a variety of private practice, government, industrial and academic settings. He has extensive experience as an Academic Internist at the Central Arkansas VA.
