Biography

Fouzia Akter is the Senior Lecturer of the Department of Nutrition and Food Engineering at Daffodil International University.She completed M.Sc. in University of Dhaka in the year 2005.His teaching area in Clinical Nutrition & Dietetics, Advanced Dietetics, Community Nutrition, Physiology & Metabolism and Food Science, Quality control of food & Food safety and Hygiene.

Research Intrest

1. Clinical Nutrition, Community Nutrition, Nutrigenomics, Food Microbiology, Applied Biochemistry, Food Technology.
