Biography

He studied Greek Literature at the School of Philosophy of the University of Crete (1991-1995). She was a fellow researcher at the Hellenic Institute of Byzantine and Post-Byzantine Studies of Venice (1996-1999). She supported her doctoral thesis at the Philosophical School of the University of Crete in 2005. She participated as a scientific collaborator in research projects of the Hellenic Institute of Venice (2000-2005). He was also an external associate of the Historical Archive of the Patriarchate of Venice (2005). He taught as a special scientist at the Faculty of Philosophy of the University of Crete (2006-2009) as visiting professor at the Department of Byzantine and Modern Greek Studies of the University of Cyprus (2009-2011) and as advisory staff at the Hellenic Open University (2013-2014). She is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Byzantine and Modern Greek Studies of the University of Cyprus. He is a member of the International Society for the Study of the Popular Greek Secretariat (12th-17th centuries).
