Theodoros Tsiftsis was born in Lamia, Greece, in November 1970. He received the degree in Physics from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, Greece, in 1993, and the M.Sc. degree in Digital Systems Engineering from the Heriot-Watt University, Edinburgh, Scotland, U.K., in 1995. Also, he received the M.Sc. degree in Decision Sciences from the Athens University of Economics and Business, Greece, in 2000 and the Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Patras, Greece, in 2006. Prof. Dr. Theodoros Tsiftsis was PhD., University of Patras, Greece, Associate professor, Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Nazarbayev University, Senior Member, IEEEE.
Dr. Theodoros Tsiftsis researh Interest was in Relay Assisted and Cooperative Communications Cognitive Radio, Wireless Powered Communications, Optical Wireless Communications (FSO, VLC) and Wireless Communication Theory.
