Biography

Dr Reid is a qualified Physiotherapist and completed a Masters in Clinical Epidemiology before commencing work in Developmental Disability and Rehabilitation Research at Murdoch Childrens Research Institute in 2001, first as a Research Assistant and then as Senior Research Officer. She completed her PhD studies in 2012. Dr Reid was subsequently awarded a National Health and Medical Research Council (NHMRC) Early Career Fellowship and is Principal Investigator on a successful NHMRC project grant, both of which are funded from 2014. Dr Reid is also Manager of the Victorian Cerebral Palsy Register and Victorian delegate on the Policy and Research Advisory Committee of the Australian Cerebral Palsy Register.
