Sarah Lynch is from Horseheads N.Y. She received her PharmD from the State University of New York at Buffalo School of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences. She completed a PGY1 community pharmacy residency with Jewel-Osco and Midwestern University in the Chicagoland area of Illinois. Lynch is an active member of the American Pharmacists Association. Her main interests include diabetes management, transitions of care and pharmacy policy. She enjoys integrating pharmacy practice into the community through partnerships with local organizations and facilities and is very passionate about developing the communication and critical thinking skills needed to be a strong pharmacy practitioner.
