He graduated with Bachelor of Veterinary Medicine (2009) and MSc. in Vertebrate Anatomy (2012) from the University of Nairobi. He is currently working in the Dept. Vet Anatomy and Physiology as a tutorial fellow. His research interests center on Reproductive Biology with a special focus on teleosts, Morphological and Physiological adaptations of fish living in extreme environments and Fish immunology with emphasis on teleostean Antimicrobial Peptides (AMPs).
